This month, we are featuring a wonderful roaster from Tokyo called Coffee Wrights. Owner and roaster Yuki Mune worked in coffee for a long time, but grew tired of the churn. She opened the company to connect more intimately with both the coffee itself and the people who drink it. When I visited Tokyo for the first time last year, Coffee Wrights was absolutely one of my favorite experiences.
