We’ve been excited to share Nømad with you for a long time now. They’re one of our favorite roasters in Europe right now, and they consistently have some of the best merch and tastiest coffee out there. This month, we are sharing some truly great coffees from Guatemala and Colombia. All 4 delicious and exciting in its own way. Kaj Witz, which is going out to everyone is round and sweet and tangy—it’s a great example of the kind of coffees coming out of Huehuetenango recently. Our Cafe Box subscribers are in for a real treat: Lime is Nømad’s competition coffee for the year, an experimental process that tastes truly wild.
